The organizers invite onsite participants to submit abstracts of their research for presentation at the conference either as a poster or as a talk or even both. Online participants are invited to submit an oral presentation. Abstracts should be submitted in English and onsite authors are invited to indicate their preference regarding an oral or poster presentation or both.
Registration to the conference and submission of an abstract will happen together in one step. You can edit your abstract after submission via entering the registration site with your name and your password until 25 April 2022 when the abstract submission is closed. The acceptance notification will be sent on 06 May 2022. If you are only allowed to travel with an accepted presentation you can either wait for booking until your acceptance notification or participate virtual.

Your abstract should fit on one DIN A4 size page and should be formatted as described:
The abstract shall be between 300 – 500 words and shall include:
- Name of author (s) with affiliation and complete address
We have provided the following Word template that has been pre-formatted for your convenience. Insert your abstract in the template provided and then upload the file. Your abstract must stay within the boundaries of the template.
All abstracts must be submitted in English.
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee. Final decision on oral/poster presentation is subject to the decision of the Scientific Program Committee. Depending on the type of abstract and its content, the Scientific Program Committee may allocate it to a poster session rather than an oral presentation.
You are required to submit only one version of your abstract. Please also note that depending on the total number of abstracts we receive, it might be necessary to limit the number of presentations given by the same participant.
The selection of abstracts will be made on the following criteria:
- General interest of the subject
- Relevance to the subjects covered by the conference
- Originality of the material presented
- Clarity of the abstract
